Hello! I’m Upendra Pinnelli, a creative explorer and storyteller.
For most of my career, I’ve led talented teams to make animated content kids love.
That’s just one part of my story. I also chase stars with my camera, explore on my motorcycle, photograph wildlife, write stories, and constantly tinker with new tools to see what I can build next. I’m big on learning, unlearning, and creating with curiosity.
In 2014, I started my entrepreneurial journey with AAL - Ardnepu Art Labs, an animation studio that was acquired in 2016. Since then, I’ve worked across EdTech, Branding, F&B, Event Management, Sports, Gaming, Film Production, Digital Marketing, Distribution and Licensing - picking up cross-disciplinary skills and a wide lens on how ideas become real.
Today, I blend creative direction, storytelling, and experimentation to ship meaningful work across pixels, prints and sometimes galaxies.
